About Middleton Agriventures Consulting

 

Our consulting is led by a family team that actively operates an agritourism business.

 

Middleton Agriventures consulting is led by Keith Middleton, with Laura, Trevor, and Cody Middleton forming the team behind every project. Together, we combine real agritourism ownership, food service management, production agriculture, technology systems, and creative design into one practical approach.

 

Keith and Laura bring the foundation: decades of farming experience and proven agritourism growth. Since purchasing their current agritourism farm in 2022, they have doubled attendance and tripled revenue in just three years by improving guest flow, attractions, staffing, food service, and technology.

​Laura brings years of retail and sales experience, building and scaling farm markets and wholesale produce operations with a strong focus on customer experience, merchandising, and profitable growth.


Cody brings years of real-world food service and management experience from fast-casual restaurants, ranging from local mom-and-pop operations to national brands like Five Guys, Chick-fil-A, and Dutch Bros. He understands what it takes to run high-volume food service efficiently, train teams quickly, and maintain speed and consistency under pressure.

Trevor brings marketing, design, branding, and digital systems experience, helping farms build professional digital menus, signage, and visuals that improve both guest experience and operational clarity.
